Low Cost Bottle Labeling System
The Ketan LCW Series is a low cost automated labeling system designed for wrap labeling or front and back labeling of bottles or other round products. Despite its reasonable price point, the LCW features rugged stainless steel construction, automatic label set, missing label detect and is self-synchronizing. It comes equipped standard with adjustable guide rails, a product spacing mechanism and leveling feet and casters. Ampoule or Unstable Round Product Labeling System
The Ketan UW Series labeler is designed for labeling ampoules, vials or other unstable round products. It can be equipped with a number of infeed and outfeed options, including: a hand feed with discharge platform, a tray/wheel infeed and discharge bucket or a magazine infeed and outfeed. The Ketan UW features stainless steel construction, automatic label set and missing label detect. It comes equipped standard with adjustable guide rails and heavy duty lockable casters for complete mobility. The UW Series provides excellent label placement and is capable of running up to 100 products per minute.

High Speed Bottle Labeling System
The Ketan HSW-350 is a high speed bottle labeler designed to run at speeds up to 300 products per minute. It is a fully guarded stainless steel system with color touch screen controls, a quick change screw drive infeed and a quick change wrap belt assembly. Standard features include: self-synchronization, Allen Bradley PLC outputs, automatic stop for label jams, a servo drive label applicator, low label detect and a three stage light beacon. The HSW-350 outperforms virtually every other bottle labeler on the market yet is thousands less than any comparable system.

Starwheel Round Product Labeling System
The Ketan SWR-50 is designed for labeling on bottles or round products that require increased label placement accuracy or coding around the circumference of the product. It features stainless steel construction, automatic label set, missing label detect and is self-synchronizing. It has a quick change design so that changeover takes only minutes when changing between starwheels for different diameter products. It comes with leveling feet and casters and applies labels with incredible accuracy at speeds up to 80 products per minute.

Front and Back Labeling System
The Ketan LS80 is designed for labeling opposite sides of flat or oval products. It comes with a variety of infeed options, including: a spacing wheel, an elliptical aligner, a stepper pneumatic or a dual screw infeed. The LS80 features stainless steel construction, automatic label set, missing label detect and is self-synchronizing. A saloon door tamp module is also available for labeling the front and both sides of the product. The LS 80 Series provides excellent label placement and is capable of running at speeds of up to 220 products per minute.

The Ketan KGL-320 is designed for high speed labeling on the front or front and back of your product and is an excellent option for high speed quart, 1/2 gallon or gallon lines.
