Tray Loader/Tray Former
Polypack's TR Series Tray Loader/Tray Erector is designed to load and erect trays and can be integrated with many of Polypack's shrink wrappers and shrink bundlers. Three models are available. The TR-15 is an intermittent motion machine for collating products into trays at speeds of approximately 15 trays per minute. The TR-35 and TR-50 are continuous motion machines capable of 35 or 50 trays per minute respectively. All TR Series machines feature stainless steel construction, Nordson hot melt systems and touchscreen PLC interfaces.

High Speed Shrink Bundler
The Polypack IL and CMS Series inline shrink bundlers are designed for high speed bullseye shrink wrapping of individual products, multipacks, pad supported products or trayed products with polyethylene film. They are capable of speeds up to approximately 55 cycles per minute. While these machines are designed for more generalized wrapping of fairly stable products, Polypack also offers special models for the dairy industry, as well as for shrink wrapping unstable products such as tubes, vials and small products typically found in the pharmaceutical industry.

High Speed Shrink Bundler for Printed Film
The Polypack Clearprint continuous motion shrink wrapper is the most advanced and unique shrink bundler on the market today. The Clearprint uses a patent pending film perforation system instead of cutting the film. This simplifies the film delivery process, eliminating film cutting assemblies, separated sheets of film, timing issues and the need for a vacuum belt delivery system. Two synchronized servo motors control the film delivery, providing greater accuracy and control. Its unique design allows for changeovers in less than ten minutes. It can also run light gauge films.

The Polypack CFH Series form/fill/seal machine is a continuous motion total closure sealing machine capable of at speeds up to approximately 70 cycles per minute. The CFH is designed for inline shrink wrapping of individual products, padded or trayed products or unsupported multipacks with clear or printed polyolefin films. It features automatic product collation, orientation, rotation and stacking. While it is usually used for retail applications, the CFH can also be used for shrink wrapping large products such as construction materials and lawn and garden products.
